• Supervising the day-to-day C&E operations as well as responsible for the running of meetings and functions.
• Controlling cash handling and ensuring accurate billing of daily operational business through Fidelio and Micros systems.
• Supervising the C&E team up to 30 casuals.
• Carrying out administrative work including departmental payroll control, stewarding, stationery, and F&B requisitions.
• Assisting in creating training plans and following them through by maintaining on the job training sessions for Conference and Events department employees.
• Fully compliant with H&S and Fire regulations.
