PI: Guido Marcucci We are a translational research lab working on acute leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome reporting on the treatment resistance mechanisms of leukemic stem cells as well as exploring immunotherapies and small-molecule treatments.

• Participated in the creation of stable cell lines using CHO and HEK293T cells.• Designed and ran cell-based functionality HTS assays (Calcium, β-arrestin, and cAMP assays) for various stable cell lines.• Expanded and froze down cells lines to cell as product while meticulously updating the company's biorepository.
