Presently at the Best Western Hotel Sahil, This is a 32 year old property known as Hotel Sahil.  The first step I took on joining was to revamp the entire property keeping in mind the competition and Brand awareness in the market. The first thing was to get the entire project property renovated as per the brand standards of Best Westtern and 4 star requirements. The hotel was 50% operational during the renovation period of 15 months. The entire renovation project was my responsibility along with the Managing Director, right from co-ordination of Architects, MEP Consultants and finalization of various contractors. Viz. o Civil & Interiorso HVACo Plumbingo Fire Fighting Finalization of room amenities and furnishing and décor with art effects. The hotel consists of 88 rooms with 2 restaurants, a Coffee Shop and an Indian Restaurant and 4 Banquets Halls and a small fitness room. We have Re-launched the hotel as ‘BEST WESTERN Hotel Sahil’ (4 Star classification is in process and will be completed soon}. A lot of emphasis have been done on E-marketing through hotel website, travel portal, face book, twitter and the sale generated by the above contributed to 30% of the total room revenue.  The hotel has achieved a 45% growth in terms of revenue with a high occupancy from November 2013 till date and an excellent G.O.P.
