As HR Specialist, my responsibilities are :- Develop organizational development plan for all mills in Nirwana Textile Industry- Develop people development plan for all staff in Nirwana Textile Industry- Develop performance management program for all staff category- Develop culture building program for all mills in Nirwana Textile Industry- Responsible for HR daily operational - Responsible for Recruitment- Responsible for developing and maintaining HR project in Nirwana Textile Industry

1. Maintain all HR Activities with Effective daily operational and service minded orientation - HR Operational : Health Insurance, Reimbursement,Absence & Leave Flight Booking, Shipping, School Clinic, Payroll, Contract - Recruitment - Employee Compensation & Benefit - Professional Development2. Assist GA Department for Working Visa for Expat Teacher3. Maintain HR Budget 4. Maintain all HR Project such as ESS (Employee Self Service) that includes Leave application.

• Develop cataloguing system for Assets, Educational Resources, IT Equipment• Develop warehouse system, starting from purchase request to Goods distribution to user • Run School Shop and develop programs to attract customer and increase sales • Maintain assets and prevent damage to the assets • Maintain stock (stationary, uniform, educational resources) • Responsible for all Warehouse projects in School

• Monitor recruitment process • Develop training programs • Conduct training for staff to managerial level

Responsible for Spare Part section for :• Maintain stock availability • Process Purchase Request from user • Do projects related with Warehouse Spare Part Cataloguing • Stock Opname
