I am system engineer with more than 25 years of experience working in the IT industry. Starting with Sun/Solaris I worked as field engineer, then, support engineer, installation engineer, project manager, pre-sales, trainer, and consultant. I also worked with IBM Power Systems and AIX from 2021 to 2014. In 2014 I began working on Customer Support Services focusing in customer satisfaction for solutions sold by VCE, EMC2 and now Dell Technologies. Currently in my role as SAM (Service Account Manager) I work as trusted advisor and technical support focal point for customers in Latin America, Caribbean, and Brazil. My role is about taking action to engage the right resources when required to resolve any requirement timely. I also develop proactive activities on the customer’s install base to make sure they can maximize the use of our solutions, minimize the amount of technical issues, and focus on their core business. I also work with our internal teams and partners looking for ways to optimize our solutions, guarantee our customer satisfaction and promoting new business opportunities.
