Support the RE&FM function to achieve their strategic objectives by optimizing spend via performing of in-depth category spend analysis/profiling, develop category sourcing strategy, build total cost benefits models to prioritize sourcing initiatives. Regularly engages key stakeholders to align category sourcing strategy with the RE&FM strategic objectives. Set expectation and agreeing with strategic suppliers on service levels, and KPIs via strategic sourcing process with the view of improved supplier performance over-time, and supplier relationship management. Drive continuous process improvement and promote best practices relating to sourcing process.

Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) category lead for Asia Pacific region responsible for >€100m in annual spend. Lead strategic sourcing activities for multiple categories within CRES, with the goal of improvements in total costs of good and services procured without compromising the quality and service levels. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key spend category, including monitoring of strategy implementation and contract compliance. Drive best practices across various groups within the Bank.

APAC Sourcing lead for Marketing Services category covering various marketing services including creative agencies services, marketing print services and promotional items. Key role is to develop and implement regional sourcing strategies, create case for change and implement the change for Marketing Services category, identify opportunity for supplier base reduction/optimization, reduce total cost of ownership. Work closely with the Marketing Services stakeholders to ensure alignment of sourcing and business strategies to maximize value derives from the supply market. Contribute to development of global strategy while making the necessary customization for the purpose of regional/local requirement that is fit for purpose.

Commodity lead for Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) responsible for the development and implementation of procurement strategies in Asia Pacific to meet business requirements and increase the effectiveness of spending. Key tasks include analysis of commodity spend, develop procurement strategies for the region, manage complex RFx and vendor selection process, undertake negotiations with suppliers to mitigate contract risks, develop contracts and supplier relationship management to ensure on-going supplier performance meets expectations.
