At Toronto Hydro (TH) I had an opportunity to design, test and implement two customexcel databases A.S.A.P. (Automatic Scheduling and Analyzing Platform) and C.E.T.(Customer Engagement Tracker), both of which required business cases prior todevelopment. A.S.A.P. allowed for real time tracking of current TH projects as well asautomatic real-time and monthly reporting. The platform I developed had an ability toanalyze information and provide feedback on performance. Upon completion of thisproject there was a significant reduction in time spent on administrative tasks allowingfor a more productive team. C.E.T. allowed users to record customer engagements andassess consumer satisfaction. In order to ensure flawless operation of systems after myCo-op term ended I spent several weeks training co-workers and creating detailedmanuals.
