Lead multiple weekly seminar sessions teaching 50 students about the principles of Human Resources Management. Responsible for crafting presentation decks, marking assignments with detailed feedback, resolving student issues, and escalating situations to my supervising profession when appropriate. Addressed student concerns and questions regarding the class material and general student life. Escalated situations to the overseeing professor when necessary. Established close connections with the professor and other Teaching Assistants to ensure that I was marking and operating in a manner that was on par with the expectations of the course

Managed the direct training and supervision of 13 camp counsellors ensuring that they were abiding to code-of-conduct procedures at all times. Crafted and oversaw the smooth execution of programming while providing support to staff and campers. I worked closely with my immediate staff to set short and long-term goals that were both team and individually specific and had multiple check-ins with them to ensure that their performance was on par with my expectations, the organizations, and that of their own. Applied the skills and knowledge of HRM consistently to help avoid and address situations that needed further attention and resolution. Provided outstanding customer service to campers, parents, and co-workers by providing quick and efficient resolutions to problems as they arose while maintaining a positive experience for all parties.
