My position of Operations Manager is to streamline their process using software, relationships, and hands on labor to improve efficiency while reducing errors. Having the knowledge in each department over the years (Finance, Sales, Mechanic) I am knowledgeable of the more difficult lead times costs of the higher end vehicles we provide as well as the time/criteria restraints multiple banks include. Although my direct interactions with consumers have decreased, I am to manage the team in speeding up the process of vehicles readily to sell once they arrive and the process customers are to go through when they arrive at the dealership.
