Projects :• Implemented the CITIC Bank Internet Banking system in 2010, Mobile Banking in 2011 and Stock Trade Internet platform in 2012.• Established a new “inMotion” Mobile app, a digital platform connected with banking and wealth management needs with friendly, easy and simple User Interface in 2014. (The outstanding ebanking awards 2014)• Integrated CITIC Mobile app with WeChat Pay HK “微信支付” for WeChat Banking in 2014. (The Best of Social Media Banking Service awards 2015)Responsibility :• Improving and extending the architecture and design of the Internet Banking system in order to migrating with multiple system platforms.• To ensure the Internet Banking system stability and reliability for the critical system.• Supervising in-house application on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Stock Trading projects including requirement analysis, feasibility study, development, and application implementation.• Outsourcing vendor selection and management. (such Oracle, IBM, PCCW Microsoft, Vigers, Thales, MorningStar etc.)• Coordinating with CITIC Securities Brokerage (HK) Limited to carry out the stock settlement process.

- Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions- Perform in-depth UATs and communicate with the development to ensure a successful launch on new features and functions from start to completion- Ensure the company’s e-commerce platform is in order with correct product standard, information, and image by creating best practices, training, manual guides, mockups, and templates- Assist on technical inquiries from our Asia teams on the e-commerce platform, including website layout, promotional activities set up, and product visual merchandising
