Installation of best practice or next generation production process to facilitate technology development. Driving the technology analysis within investment projects to determine size, type, and automation within the processes.

Working at Henkel's largest adhesive manufacturing site. Leading a process engineers team, and being responsible for production process of over ten different technologies. Mainly focus on process standardization, new products scale up and validation, BOM change management, process upgrading and C/I.

Being responsible for site warehouse management, including class A, class B, and class C warehouses. Also in charge of tank farm operation and transportation within site. Site logistics is responsible for goods receiving, goods issue(GR & GI), inventory control, stock taking, OSMI report and review, and RM staging for manufacturing.

Take the role as production supervisor of a workshop in Henkel's largest adhesive manufacturing site. Work with production engineer to Lead four working shifts to produce excellent adhesive products to meet customers' demand. As the supervisor of a workshop, need to make sure all the activities in the workshop meet corporate safety standards; work with Quality to reduce products off-spec rate and handle customer complaints; cooperate with Lean to eliminate wastes and continuously improve the 5S level, working process and implement automation and digitalization; also work with Products Development to launch new products.

Work in Henkel APAC regional development team as a project coordinator. Assisted to lead major manufacturing footprint optimization project in APAC. Work with multiple functions to monitor project progress and set up plans for customer qualification, equipment relocation, and other actions in several projects.
