I have a master of arts degree in business economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, where I also worked as a teaching assistant for economics courses. Currently, I am a data and project officer at The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), managing HRMS updates, staff profile transfers, and performance development and review processes for over 1000 staff members. I have strong attention to detail, data analysis, and project management skills, as well as proficiency in Mandarin and English.In my role at UNNC, I collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate audits, references, and data requests, using systems like HRMS and SharePoint. I also assist in executing the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and organizing annual academic promotion and re-grading meetings, aligning with the University's strategic objectives. Previously, I was an underwriting assistant at Economical Insurance, where I gathered critical information from brokers, reviewed and categorized incoming communications, and assessed 30+ insurance cases daily, using various systems and programs. I am motivated by delivering high-quality work, supporting organizational goals, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
