With more than 15 years experience in IT industry, managing and supporting IT infrastructure for various businesses - Manufacturing, O&G, Construction, Telco and IT which gave me a broad view of what the customer looking differently in IT services which able to serve their business priorities. In all the differences, it helps me to understand better on customers need. Stay connected with the technology development and collaboration with customer, partner, vendors to define better business outcome which always the great challenge. During these years, also involved in Project management related to IT and internal IT audit as well. This was given me on different perspective on how others view and expectation on the IT services. Experience in managing a team across APAC which has 30 team members. Managing multiple vendors for an outsourcing service delivery and project with also costing and budgeting for expenditure. Passionate in Technology and driving them to help company and individual to improve efficiency is a great challenge. Adoption is a journey, stay relevant and be innovative are the key success factors.
