I was able to be part of the "Research Learning Experience" Team as a Peer Mentor, helping first-year students develop and transition to post-secondary life in a cohort style classroom.

The Maine Business School seeks to develop a dynamic and holistic student development program within the school. My position will be instrumental in designing and implementing intentional programming that goes beyond traditional professional skills, focusing on aspects such as student resiliency, abundance mindset, and self-awareness. With the goal of enhancing the overall student experience and contributing to the personal and professional growth of MBS students.

As part of the Maine Business Schools outreach and integration program, I along with a few selected peers served as student faces of the organization on key recruitment and retention events.

During the Fall of 2023 I had the opportunity to be a peer learning assistant, leading a cohort of First-Year MGT 101 students as a teacher on Fridays and as a peer in the classroom on Mondays and Wednesday. A truly unique experience where I got to share my experiences and skills with incoming college students as well as learn valuable lessons, getting to see college through a new perspective.

In the summer of 2023, I worked as a business analyst intern at the Worthington Scholarship Foundation. This was crucial to my professional development, learning not only financial and analytical skills but a myriad of general management lessons and knowledge.
