In charge of product development, sprint planning and engineer training for a native advertising platform. Made sure the team grew from two to 10 engineers at a constant, sustainable pace.

Built and led a team to design and build the first version of a financial data API. Later, led a mobile team to build the first clients and SDKs that are still used by finapps today.

As part of an agency, worked on many projects for clients, including things like:- ecommerce (through SpreeCommerce and we had to handle shipping on our own back then!)- location startups (remember Foursquare? We built something exactly like that. And a Groupon clone, of course)- cloud-not-yet-native things (a virtual console to connect to EC2 instances).
