Pubsonic Online (http://pubsonic.com) is a web application for interactive graphical presentation of the open-access biomedical data. We use our proprietary semantic search algorithm to extract knowledge from the largest scientific data bases and present it in the form of clickable diagrams which allow you to visualize biomedical information on the level of organs, tissues and cells. Next versions will include protein and gene levels as well.
