This is a split role between Carbon and Design elements.Carbon:- Carbon accounting. Development of internal carbon management and reporting system in line with GHG Protocol. - Reporting and compliance. Report preparation and submittal in compliance with SECR, PPN 06/21, TCFD, and CDP frameworks.- Whole lifecycle carbon assessment. Project-level carbon evaluation using OneClick LCA in line with RICS WLCA 2024.- Data. Data collection, analysis and interpretation utilising various sources, including COINS, Excel, Power BI. API integration.- Environmental initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions and enhance sustainability efforts. Assistance in developing communication with internal and external stakeholders to share insights on our best-practice carbon management initiatives.Design:- 3D and 4D. Produce 3D models of common standards & models of common activities and visual RAMS.- HSSQ & Operations: Work with Operations and H&S department to ensure the most effective standards and activities are produced. Work with the web developers to maintain and improve user content and experience.
