Reporting to the CEO, as Senior Vice President of Business Development (SVPBD), I assume responsibility for the market development through prospecting, preparing services proposals, negotiate and sign services contracts, primarily in the fields of facilities management, building management or technical infrastructure and energy management. Continuing as an Expat for ENGIE, I joined OpTerra Energy Services, since being acquired by Engie earlier in 2016, as Vice-President, responsible for integration. I accompany OpTerra in their journey to integrate within ENGIE North-America, and in their external growth development strategy.

Expat from ENGIE in Ecova, I joined Ecova in september 2014, as Vice President, responsible for Integration and Business Development.- I accompanied Ecova in the journey to integrate within Engie, and I initiated the initiatives for the Internationalization of Ecova and for bringing Engie Services to the USA.- I was in charge of the external growth of Ecova, through M&A and Strategic Alliances.Before Ecova was acquired by Engie (july 2014), I contributed to coordination of due diligence & technical assessment for Engie:- Contribute to coordination of the acquisition, from first Management presentation, due diligence, to signing- Contribute to technical assessment in a Due Diligence of an IT target acquisition in USA: challenge IT strategy & technical roadmap; assess IT architecture & infrastructure, evaluate Big Data functions & database, audit IT department expertise & resources, verify potential replication in Europe & Asia- Report to GSES International Division deputy (F. Managed, as loan-in from EDF, D-FSM project within Intelligrid consortium, at EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute), aimed at developing tools to support DSO with faster than real-time simulation and market/policy risks analysis. Managed a team of 5 international experts from Consolidated Edison of New York and EDF Report to Intelligrid Program Director (M. SAMOTYJ) and EDF VP North-America (R. SCHOMBERG) Defined functional requirements for Distribution application, using use-case approach to design UML models Contributed to the design of the IntelliGrid Vision, and its technical roadmap Published and presented scientific articles in International conferences

- Carried out technical studies on Distributed Energy Resources penetration in isolated power systems for ErDF and Systèmes Electriques Insulaires (French DSO), and on dynamic behavior of nuclear plants for EDF- Taught session on dynamic stability of power systems for EDF- Served as member of “P.I.S.” group of experts, on KPI for Safety within nuclear plant operations
