Nederlandse Wereldwijde Studenten (Netherlands Worldwide Students – NWS) is a network of over 4000 Dutch students who (aspire to) pursue a full degree abroad. An international board of seven students represents the interest of these Dutch students, connect them with companies and each other abroad and at home and informs other students about the possibilities to go abroad. As the president of the board 2017-2018 I am responsible for the strategy, projects and leading my team members for the upcoming year.

FEB Careers Company is one of FEB's main providers of Career Services. They offer a wide range of courses, advice, workshops, events, and advice to prepare students for their future and help them launch a successful career. The Alumni Office is focused on staying in touch with graduates and organizing events throughout the Netherlands. We conduct an alumni labor market research to improve our products and activities.

Coached and tutored 15 first year students at the University of Groningen. Organized and prepared a seven-week mentor class program. Instructed and corrected the practical sessions for the International Business course.

The Careers Company Team facilitates students' preparation for the (international) labour market. Students can visit the the Careers Company Student team for free CV and motivation letter checks, quick advice on their career related concerns and to be pointed on internship possibilities

Represent the students of UCG and develop and improve the academic curriculum of UCG.

Assisting in optimising operational strategy for 2014 - 2016 student selection. Executing the selection process of bachelor applicants for 2014 entry. Preparing selection updates for the Board of Admissions on the selection process.

Restructured the recruitment process with a goal of yearly 300 applicants. Organize the annual openday with 300 visitors and 50 volunteers, organize three regional information evenings and coordinate over 45 school visits throughout the year.

Train Dutch youth between 13 and 24 years old, mainly at VMBO schools, via workshops concerning personal development, communication and in- and exclusion. Grow as a facilitator, mediator and motivator myself through this process. Facilitate and guide junior trainers alongside helping with the development of the program.
