The work we do at Horvath Wolf is divided into ongoing compliance projects, day-to-day consulting, advising and supporting our clients in special circumstances such as during audits conducted by supervisory authorities, as well as delivering inhouse trainings and workshops. We also organise publicly available training sessions, and our consultants actively participate in and support local community groups and conferences. In December 2016 I took on a new role at Algebra, shifting my focus from managing IT training programs aimed at beginners to managing vendor-specific, hard-paced, top-tier specialist trainings aimed at businesses and industry experts striving towards acquiring specific knowledge and/or certifications in order to get personal and professional advantage in the industry. Training portfolio I was responsible for comprised of:• Cisco Networking Academy programs and certification,• Cisco Learning Partner courses and certification,• (ISC)2 and EC-Council courses and certification (CISSP, CND, CEH, CHFI, ECSA/LPT),• CompTIA and Logical Operations courses and certification (Security+, CyberSAFE, CyberSec First Responder),• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) courses and DPO examination,• JavaScript courses.Regarding the above, my responsibilities included:• Nurturing relationships with key education partners,• Account management and lead generation,• Planning sales and marketing activities throughout the year,• Meeting quarterly and yearly sales goals for the given training portfolio,• Listening in to markets' needs and demands, and adapting the planned activities accordingly.

I began my career at Algebra as a Project Coordinator, but given my IT background and strong tendency towards sales, in late 2014 my role changed and I started working as a salesperson focusing on entry-level IT courses and certified training programs. Later on I was entrusted with Cisco Networking Academy training programs as well.Around 90% of my duties were sales-oriented, while the remaining 10% were divided between small-time projects and marketing activities. Teaching participants to use Microsoft Excel spreadsheat software for both business and personal use. The course covers everything from creating and managing simple tables to using Excel for work in fields such as finances, marketing, analysis, statistics, accounting etc.In addition to teaching, I was also expected to create course materials - student handbooks, presentations and exercises.
