It is my job to oversee businesses' marketing campaign on Yelp's platform. - Serve as Yelp expert on operations, listing content, campaign optimization, and site features (reviews, search, ad delivery, etc)- Activate and manage all client advertising campaigns in Yelp’s back end system, optimizing the campaign to fulfill your client's success metrics - Day-to-day contact for the accounts in your book of business; build trust and rapport with current contacts and identify new contacts on account to strengthen the relationship between client and Yelp- Develop mutual understanding of priority of accounts with your Enterprise Sales partner, sharing and developing strategies, forecasts, and reporting documentation- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or map out upcoming client meetings with your Enterprise Sales partner- Obtain all necessary information and creative for program launch from client- Draft all purchase orders and be the liaison to Yelp’s Legal team as needed-Prepare any necessary documentation or visuals for client (ppt, docs, etc) to communicate performance of campaign to client- Monitor ad delivery and pacing, communicate with client to make any necessary recommendations or changes to optimize campaign performance- Identify any potential areas of expansion or growth on account and loop in Enterprise Sales partner to lead strategy conversation with client- Process all necessary changes to campaign monthly; adding/removing locations, program changes, optimization etc.- Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions- Travel occasionallyI've been a part of many projects within the department:Strategic Accounts- Higher end clients that spend more money than your usual small, local businesses on advertisingBig Mac Pilot- Giving one-on-one feedback with the business owners- Implementing the value of Yelp and why they should continue to work with Yelp

-Actively contacting prospective students by telephone, email, and other communication technologies-Interviewing prospective students, answering their questions, helping them to identify personal and professional goals, and assisting them with the enrollment process-Engaging students by presenting NAU academic programs accurately and dynamically-Advising and assisting continuing and re-entry students to register for proper courses-Proactively communicating with students and serving as their first point of contact to answer questions and direct them to additional NAU resources-Developing new inquiries (Personally Developed Referrals) by requesting recommendations for other persons who may benefit from continuing their education-Representing NAU with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
