I specialize in organizational learning, pedagogical strategies, leadership, succession development, adult education, and corporate university management.Currently, I lead the global learning and development function of Advanced Energy, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of power solutions that are applied in a wide range of industries including semiconductor equipment, industrial production, medical and life sciences, data center computing, networking and telecommunications.
