As an enrolment & marketing executive, my main responsibilities are to:1. assist in the managing and creative direction and content creation of the Academy's social media accounts.2. Assisting in the needs of the Academy's sales, enrolment, marketing and public relations departments 3. Attend staff meetings, retreats and assisting in the off-site activities

Serving as a man under Signals in 11C4I Battalion, some of the key takeaways were teamwork, communications and managing people as well as expectations

To serve and attend to customers and their needs while also helping in the kitchen. Facing expectations from customers and fulfilling their requests to the best of my capabilities are some of the responsibilities involved. The ability to put my Japanese language to the test is an added bonus.

Working as a retail after my high school finals was to gain necessary skills such as communication, leadership as well as responsibility. The biggest takeaway is the ability to adapt to situations, which tend to come sudden and unpredictable. I have also experienced major OT, and managed through it with working hours as early as 9am to as late as 5am in the next day. Especially during Christmas.
