-Provide end-user support (through phone and/or e-mail) by resolving technical issues and providing technical assistance for all types of OS-Provide remote support -Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot operating systems and related software, -Monitoring and managing anti-malware applications for client desktop-Create backups and recover the data for the client-Assist customer having hardware, software, desktop PC’s, Printers and networking issues-Install or assist users with various hardware related issues such as printers, monitors, POS devices, mobile devices, RFID, and more-Interaction with the users from different companies (Lululemon, Weston, CboC, MDS, Celero, City ofOttawa...)-Usage of different ticketing systems (CRM, ServiceNow, Marval, HEAT…)
