•Collaborated with a team on a cross-business simulation, where we applied Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Consulting concepts to a post-acquisition deal simulation, where we provided advice on some of the issues that the client was facing.•Developed skills in Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, and Compliance Documentation from working with the Itron Inc. team to complete the following tasks: rolling over revenue to the next quarter, writing a memo regarding the company's updated policies, and creating journal entries for the quarter.•Acquired skills in Revenue Analysis, Data Integration, and Compliance Reviews from working with the Zillow team to complete the following tasks: prepping a control, conducted a Control Owner Competency Review, updating Control IDs with their newly assigned control owners, and combining multiple Non-Significant Revenue streams into one excel file, followed up with a memo about the differences between each revenue streams.

• Acting as a voice for the Albers student body, in partnership with the Albers Career Center, concerning career events, services, and resources• Working closely with the Albers Career Center, and other members of the council, to coordinate career events and programs, throughout the academic year, to help enhance opportunities and experience for Albers business students.

• Learning various leadership theories for the first 3 months and will be applying theories in case studies.• Identifying issues as a team about student retention in academics, particularly student drop rates.• Presented in front of University Leadership for a proposal of a Financial Literacy UCOR series.

• Provide outstanding customer service to students and staff, while overseeing members and locker services to approximately 300 people per day• Overseeing Access Control and Court Reservations, to create efficient operations for all our members• Interacting with Alumni, LDAs on performing Membership Renewals• Representing the hub for all UREC programs and operational information, and communicating towards individuals to allow everyone to have access to our services

• Set up club events in rooms available in Albers, for workshops, guest speakers, faculty members, and board meetings• Participating in a quarter-long case study to extract complex models and insights from a data set from the City of Seattle• Explored the applications of data with student peers, and members of the board presented at club meetings on the topics of Statistical Analysis, Excel, and Tableau

• Created financial statements through Excel, to keep track of day-to-day expenses, to understand how we can reduce our costs and increase revenue, resulting in increased profit margins of 5%.• Collaborated across multiple departments, such as Catering, BOH, FOH, and Admin, to ensure our financial goals are met, resulting in expenses decreasing by 5%• Worked with the Accounting Department with auditing & organizing AP invoices for the proper fiscal years to ensure that we paid back vendors ASAP, resulting in a revenue increase of 10%.

• Familiarized myself with the vision, mission, and work of JDBF, and learned about basic concepts in the nonprofit sector, including giving trends among various types of donors• Considered profiles of individual, corporate, and institutional donors in specific focus areas, and create ideal personas that align with JDBF's mission and goals• Closed out the experience by creating a concise presentation, highlighting insights and trends from research, into the fundraising landscape, and offering recommendations on the best funder persona to pursue, leading to 3-4 donors bringing in $300,000 for fiscal year 2025.
