Facilitate Initial Mental Health assessments and the admission process for new Medical Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic patients.● Assess clients' mental condition based on the review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other Mental Health members and the Clinical Psychiatrist.● Maintain clinical documentation is completed timely throughout treatment planning using the SOAP method (Patient Fusion).● Document interactions with clients using the client documentation system.● Lead and guide individual/group/family therapy sessions for patients with Mental Health diseases in person and via telehealth.● Maintain high patient confidentiality to comply with all federal and company regulations.● Develop a Treatment Plan and record keeping according to BBS standards.
