• Facilitate Initial Mental Health assessments and the admission process for new Medical Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic patients.
• Assess clients' mental condition based on the review of client information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other Mental Health members and the Clinical Psychiatrist.
• Maintain clinical documentation is completed timely throughout treatment planning using the SOAP method (Patient Fusion).
• Document interactions with clients using the client documentation system.
• Lead and guide individual/group/family therapy sessions for patients with Mental Health diseases in person and via telehealth.
• Maintain high patient confidentiality to comply with all federal and company regulations.
