My role as the senior business systems analyst for the Human Resources department at the headquarters included many of the competencies described above. During the assignment, I played a key as the IT resource in the implementation project to fully replace a legacy HRIS with a new technology in the following areas:• System Integrations: Identify, understand and document the interaction of the HR system with other systems, vendors and processes. This analysis was fundamental in the overall understanding of the solutions required. I lead the coordination with all parties involved in the development of integrations. All integrations were successfully completed on time.• Data Conversion: Due to technical differences in the systems, there were many data elements missing. I had the responsibility to work with business owners to produce this data using the source system and prepare it to be uploaded to the new system. Several data conversion iterations occurred during the entire project.• System and Business Processes Ongoing Support: Work with the HR Operations group to establish processes for the post go-live support, system upgrades, troubleshooting, evaluate new functionality and configuration requirements.

My role as SharePoint and ECM Lead included the following responsibilities:• Implementation: Lead and oversee the system overall design, develop and execute an implementation roadmap (short and long term), develop and fine-tune system support & governance, perform knowledge transfer sessions across the organization from a comprehensive perspective (both technical and business view) for a global and solid SharePoint platform, at all organizational levels• Solution Analysis and Design: Analyze business needs, gather requirements, design solutions and develop them using SharePoint as the platform along with other technologies including: InfoPath forms, Nintex workflows, MS-Excel spreadsheets & reports; with strong documentation practices for an effective long-term support, including: site configuration, security analysis, state-model flows, business process diagrams, end-user training material• System Migrations / Upgrades: Lead the migration effort by planning the projects and coordinating resources for various legacy platforms including: SharePoint 2003, SharePoint 2007, custom-developed intranets and custom-developed web pages, Protiviti Portal, Docushare, Network shared folders, among others
