- Goal: developing low cost delivery platform for last mile problem solution with creating high definition city maps, UGV navigation.- Designed, prototyped, 3D printed main body components of the rover, researched and tested compute and sensor stack.- Implemented and tested several V-SLAM, SLAM approaches, designed and prototyped custom PMU (power management unit), implemented waypoint and telemetry server, remote controller via mobile phone and Nintendo Switch/Steam Deck.

- Optimised card products structure.- Launched fully customisable (Personalised Card) and charity card products (Wooden Debit Card, Pride Card) in coop with VISA, Solarisbank and external parties.- Added new card delivery providers.- Decreased top-up fraud rate in several countries.- Added ability to receive work salary on Vivid Money accounts.

- Launched an interactive platform for online events with easily customisable game logic and designs. Platform used by Russian B2B FinTech and Telecom enterprises with 25k+ active users total.- Created promo campaign for Porsche AG (Taycan release in Russia) with AR kiosk and dedicated iOS app. Full-circle management from client's requirements to solution development and on-site construction. Successfully rolled out in 5 dealerships across 3 cities.- Guided the production of interactive event activations and digital promo campaigns for RBC news agency, Yandex x Bacardi collaboration, and Russian Tourism with VR/AR including usage of ML.
