CurrentResponsibilities:• Monitoring and maintenance of E-Banking and other applications• Office 365 2nd level support• Providing technical support for bank employees and customers• System Upgrades and Patches: Coordinating and executing application upgrades, patches and maintenance tasks to ensure systems remain secure and up-to-date• Incident Management: Managing incident tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation• Train new employees• Request manager
