I train both kids and adults ranging from the ages of 7 to 24 years old. I have them do cardio, ab workouts, and distance training to condition their body and muscles for boxing. My team and I work with a large number of people, so we have them do group exercises, drills, shadowboxing, running, etc. As we usually have the group train together, we make enough time to do one-on-one pad work to review their form, speed, and strength.

CNC Machine:Experience working and designing with others on software such as Adobe Illustrator.Designs we then use to drill in designs & shapes onto planks of wood using the CNC machine.Vinyl Logo Project: I created digital logos using existing logos of the organization using Adobe Illustrator. Outcome: Digital logos were manipulated to allow for them to be laser cut using a laser cutter, and a Cricut machine using several materials (wood, cardboard, vinyl, etc..). Prototype: Printed out a vinyl copy using several layers in different colors of the different aspects of the logos. Wooden Map Design:Design Process: Assisting in designing maps for areas in New Jersey such as Jersey City, Union City, North Bergen, Bayonne, etc. These designs have gone through multiple variations as roads, land, and bodies of water would be separated into different layers. All these designs were completed in Adobe Illustrator.Cardboard Prototype: The prototypes were made using the laser cutter machine and cardboard instead of wood.Outcome: Using the same method of making the prototype with cardboard, we used wood instead while also, still using the laser cutter.

Patient scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate patient records. Maintaining and managing patient flow, making sure every patient is accounted for. Proficient in handling a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
