As the owner of a freelance social media marketing agency, I managed the social media accounts of real estate agents in Singapore, focusing on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. My role involved creating and managing engaging real estate-related content to grow organic followers and enhance my clients’ social media presence. This included designing graphics for posts, as well as outsourcing some design tasks when necessary, while personally handling the majority of the work. Throughout this venture, I learned how to develop effective content strategies, communicate efficiently with a team, and build strong client relationships, all while driving impactful results for my clients in the real estate industry

During my secondary school holidays, I worked part-time as a banquet server at Conrad Hotel Singapore, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. My role involved serving guests at weddings and various events, where I honed my ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. I also developed strong communication and interpersonal skills as I bonded with colleagues and collaborated to ensure smooth service. This job taught me the importance of attention to detail, teamwork, and maintaining a high level of customer service in a professional setting.
