Current•Developing H.264 Video-On-Demand adaptive streaming content preparation workflow for Blu-ray platform, featuring script based, x.264 video encoding, and enterprise grade, scalable, cloud computing deployment capabilities. Deploying and integrating the workflow to the 3rd party transcoding service partners.•Developing customized content transcoding workflow for various platforms for either internal or external use, utilizing proprietary as well as open source tools such as FFmpeg and AviSynth, delivering broadcasting transport streams for EBIF and Tru2way cable Set-Top boxes, MP4’s for Andriod, iOS devices, Over-The-Top media consoles, and connected TV's.•Managing a team for the project development of live streaming to Blu-ray platform, a feature unique to the industry.•Supporting 3D VOD delivery initiatives on Blu-ray platform with partners.•Interfacing with content providers and studio clients for product supports and demonstrations. •Conducting VOD Blu-ray disc authoring.•Providing IT support to the branch office.Watchwith, the leader in related content syndication, unlocks value across the entertainment industry by transforming how people experience film and television.
