My core responsibilities are to manage a team of collaborators (debt-collectors) who are charged with the task of collecting the debts of clients who are in the pre-trial phase. The team consists of 14 people, seven of whom are in the city of Sofia and the others are based in different cities. The area for which I am responsible is approximately half of Sofia, together with Northwestern Bulgaria (Botevgrad, Vratsa, Montana, Vidin, Lom, Kozloduy and the respective surrounding settlements).My responsibilities include:- recruiting and training new collectors- setting of monthly targets and monitoring of them- formation of mobile groups to increase the results- meetings with clients and negotiations with them- preparation of agreements, depending on the capabilities of customers.As a result of my work with the team and with the clients, the fulfillment of the set goals has increased on average by 15% compared to previous periods. On a national level, we achieved record results compared to previous years. I increased the team from 11 to 14 people in 2 months, and the new collectors achieve excellent results and contribute to the overall goals of the business.
