I’ve been in the media & marketing industry for 15+ years, working across a variety of sectors like FMCG, Alcobev, Automobiles, E-Com, Media & Entertainment, Pharma, BFSI & Consumer Appliances.Starting off as a media planner building and executing multi-media plans, over the years I discovered & developed a passion for linking & measuring anything I do to the outcomes. Later I moved to a consulting/analytic role, helping address marketing/media/sales challenges like:- Linking media spends to actual sales/sales enablers, instead of traditional media deliverables of reach/frequency/GRPs- Standardizing disparate data to get a one window view, laying foundations for effective analytics- Crafting Go to Market strategies- Designing training & measurement frameworksAnd so on.More recently, I've moved to a role where I focus on improving the overall product, backed by data, technology & insights.I’m primarily a left brain exponent and love my spreadsheets!!
