As a project manager at Dematic, I lead the full scope of intralogistics automation projects in the APAC region, mainly involving automated guided vehicles (AGVs). I have been working in this field for over five years, and I have a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.Before becoming a project manager, I was a software engineer for AGV traffic management software with Dematic in Belgium, developing and commissioning solutions for various warehouses. I have a master's degree in computer software engineering from the University of Zagreb. My mission is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders. I have a proven record of managing projects within scope, budget, and schedule utilizing earned value management, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
