Today my professional life is Management of two B2C projects at Inter Cars Latvija - webshop www.ic24.lv and booking platform for car workshop services www.motointegrator.lv. Together with my team we are handling all the challenges that B2C segment offers in todays dinamic life style. Communication, problem solving skills and leadership are my biggest strengths that helps me get the resuts. Biggest achievements:*- implementation of Motointegrator project in Latvian market*- implementation of new frontend for webshopBefore Project management I was a Lawyer and I get important experience which I can use everyday. I have the knowledge how far I can go and how much I can push to get the best result for my projects without overstepping the line, and how much others can push me...Before lawyers career I was a senior officer in State police where I developed decision making skills and gained confidence in performing my tasks which often requested a very fast evaluation of the situation and decision on necessary actions.What else? Make as much fun as possible out of every job and task you have. It is your life afterall!The fact that I don't have stress doesn't mean that I don't care... I am looking for opportunities even in the biggest crisis. If I will panic it will give nothing.What my managers have said about me:I have stress because you don't!Why can't we just clone another him!?
