Eric is a native of (South) Minneapolis, and still resides in the Twin Cites area with his bride (21yrs) Judy, and their children Hope(18) and Isaiah(15). Eric is the proud product of the inner city and the urban church and has committed the past 35+ to empowering children, youth and families and those who serve them. Specialties: He spent nine years of his ministry service with one of the largest youth ministry organizations focused on improving domestic Short Term Missions practices and values. He has successfully led internal culture change and initiatives to grow participation/leadership of the BIPOC community in historically homogeneous organizations. He has also worked toward improving youth worker effectiveness and Christ-centered leadership. Eric consults, teaches, and trains nationally around issues of youth ministry, race, equity, church service/community engagement, missions, and multi-ethnic ministry. Eric ministry includes full-time service in the local church, leadership in the para-church, and 15 years in private and public schools in the Twin Cites.
