Ivi Ballou was born in December of 2001.She joined the Computer Science and Engineering program in University of Ioannina during 2019 and is currently studying there, working towards getting her diploma. During her studies, she's improved her software development skills and first learned how to tackle big scale projects effectively.On 2020, she started working as a software engineer and backlog manager for ilektrofotistiki, working mostly with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as frameworks and tools such as Magento, Liquid, Python, Java and learned how to manage intraconnected, multi-computer setups.On August of 2022, she adopted Mochi, a calico cat, that is the love of her life. You can catch a glimpse of her in her banner.During 2023, she shifted her career focus, towards Agile Framework Management, when she started working for TeamViewer as a Scrum Master for 3 teams and interim Product Owner for one and is currently employed there. In this position, she learned how to help teams stay focused, cross-functional, efficient and working with other teams without much hassle. She learned how to help teams remove Impediments and Obstacles they faced along the way. Additionally, she learned how to effectively and efficiently manage an extensive Product Backlog and enable her teams, to refine and work on items, as efficiently as possible at the time.She is very interested in software development (web, frontend, backend, fullstack) as well as cyber security, operating systems and embedded systems / microprocessors
