I started my professional career in computing as a systems analyst and programmer working in a software house. But over the years I added other computer-related knowledge and skills.Since hardware assembler, installation and configuration of operating systems (initially clients and later on servers as well). But some other things involved and the allure of computing and learning, lead me to another level: the physical and logical infrastructure. Study and planning of networks at an early stage and later through to the configuration of equipment (such as switches, routers and firewalls). Projects showed up, and somehow turned me into a computer "handy man" - that knows a little of everything. Preparation of migration between systems, including directory services (Novell NDS - Microsoft Domains), installation and configuration of applications (such as ISA, SNA, SQL, SMS, Exchange, Lotus Domino, SharePoint, Websense, ePO, SCCM, etc.). The security of networks and systems in the last 30 years has undergone drastic changes derived from the use of the internet, also this context I need to follow that path and learn the best ways to defend assets. From prevention, mitigation, response and solution of problems ending on lessons learned (which includes various defense perimeter, from anti-virus, firewall rules, hardening systems, backup solutions, clustering, Disaster & Recovery, Cloudification, risk solutions, encryption and digital certification, enabling another level of security. My main passion is related to Public Key Infrastructure design and its core components (HSMs, CAs and TSAs), Digital Signing (Code and Documents), extended to encryption and digital rights management. I am motivated by the difficulty of the challenges presented, my performance is goal-oriented, and I am always focus in integrity and business ethics.
Listed skills include Security, Active Directory, Windows Server, Network Security, and 45 others.
