Ivy Young is a teaching and learning consultant who is passionate about developing training that builds awareness, connects community, and creates new opportunities for learners. In additional to having taught at universities and colleges across Canada, she has worked as a technical and soft-skills trainer, and now develops performance-based training for international post-secondary institutions. Known for her ability to simplify complex ideas and processes into tools that learners can easily apply, Ivy has successfully implemented specialized curriculum for teachers, leaders, immigrants, youth, and Indigenous populations. She has also developed educational standards, assessed training needs, written manuals, and facilitated occupational analyses.
