PSYC 1150 (Intro to Psychological Careers) & PSYC 2130 (Behavior Analysis)

I was a student worker in the Office of International Programs. My role involved working with students interested in or committed to studying abroad through non-Auburn or exchange programs.

As a summer intern, I served as a Study Abroad Advisor. On top of providing student support services, I was also the Content Coordinator, managing marketing and outreach via the office's established social media platforms.

I worked as a URA on a few projects under Dr. Fan's research lab, which examines how to apply psychology to the workplace, focusing on personnel selection, training and development, etc. The two main projects I assisted with include: - Developing Competency-Based Behavioral Anchored Rating Scales (BARS)* Rated behaviors for relevance and effectiveness for each given competency * Data collected will be used as "anchor points" in a larger project using machine learning to infer competency scores during the interviewing process - Workplace Boredom Meta-Analysis* Coded data
