As a passionate and driven student majoring in Marketing and Psychology with a minor in foundational language (Spanish), I am dedicated to using my diverse skill set to make meaningful contributions in both professional and academic settings.I still remember my first day in my first job working as a technical support agent. I was greeted by an upset and helpless customer who wanted to resolve their concern as soon as possible. Despite the training, I froze and lost my words. I guess this was the moment when I decided to work on my communication and problem-solving skills to ensure that when another moment like this appears, I will be ready to handle the pressure efficiently. With a combined 4 years in job positions that involve resolving conflicts, mediating between parties, and managing a team of individuals, I believe I am applying what I learned from that experience. This experience also led me to my majors and minor, which I find very helpful. Studying another language in addition to English and Filipino has allowed me to communicate and help more people. Meanwhile, Marketing and Psychology have taught me just how important communication is.
