1. Receive the project requests from the Project Management Department Manager and discuss project scope with the client (bank) through different ways of communication.2. Ensure full understanding of the client requirements and assist the client in selecting the proper products and services that meet its needs in coordination with the Sales & Marketing.3. Set the project plan and time frame for each project upon the requirements and features requested by the bank.4. Conduct weekly conference calls and meetings with clients to discuss project tasks and progress.5. Coordinate internally with all involved departments to ensure that all project tasks are properly handled by the responsible team and within the set time frame.6. Follow up, execute and monitor the project implementation in coordination with other involved parties to meet the pre-set project plan.7. Monitor the testing phase (UAT, User Acceptance Test), with all involved parties and ensure the testing phase is successfully handled.8.
