This is aimed at high potential leaders – those who are being groomed for succession.Additionally, we offer mental toughness workshops, aimed either at staff or managers (taking into account their responsibility for health and safety, and performance). One important element in mental toughness (and in many of our other frameworks) is that differences between individuals need to be recognised.
