Supported Staffing Department with proofreading, editing, and populating resumes into Workday. Managed requests submitted by various departments requesting a Bench Resource. Kanban methodology used to properly track demand for requests. Worked with cross-functional teams of consultants with a variety of practice areas. Tracked consultants on the bench to provide data to practice area leads to create transparency for bench resources and track data for end of year reports. Presented staffing information to new CapTechers to help educate and engage them.

Attended meetings with prospective clients and participated in assessment of venues and menu items. Responsible for design, creation and final production of art projects and display boards for three weddings. Assisted with design ideas and helped develop a PowerPoint project for a future wedding.
