Enterprise Technical Account Manager
Current- Serve as solution architect for all product integrations via APIs, flow diagrams depicting user journey and product demo presentation to clients in order to make an informed decision targeted at business needs.
- Lead discussions with clients’ business and technical team on solutions and customer journey flow diagram.
- Support business operations of numerous commercial banks and non-commercial banks providing product literacy, consultation, and technical support for optimal service performance.
- Facilitate product training sessions with clients to get them acquainted with new features and upgrades for optimal end-user service experience.
- Provide guidance to clients’ technology team ensuring integration to the appropriate APIs that suits the business use cases.
- Work with C-level executives of our clients in advising of new market opportunities via integration into other array of payment solution offers.
