Carrying out maintenance and troubleshooting ROBOT, Electrical Automation, Vision system (Vision pusher,Cognex& Keyence)with sound knowledge of Hydraulic andPneumatic Valves and mechanical integration.10. Troubleshoot equipment & process related issues & minimize equipment downtime.11. Drive the operationincluding yield, retest & tossing rate to ensure & reduce percentage and complete ramp readiness.12. Procuring the spares and ensure the spares availability to support mass production.13. Have an experienced to implement poke yoke methods against customer complaints.14. Investigating the process related issues and submitting the corrective action for any deviation in the line.15. To ensure all the change board implementation have to be done in all lines with respect to golden line.Laser experienced such as Laser UV etching , welding
