I am a computer science graduate student at University of Southern California, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence. I am passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and creating positive impact with data and algorithms.Currently, I work as an IT Support Technician at USC School of Architecture, where I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for students, faculty, and staff. I also manage and maintain the computer labs, servers, and network equipment. In this role, I have gained valuable experience in IT support, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Previously, I completed two internships in the healthcare and software industries, where I applied my skills and knowledge in Python, machine learning, and SQL to various projects. For example, at Emirates Healthcare, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the integration between Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and the Hospital Information System (HIS) application, TrakCare. This involved ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility to support the organization's operational needs. At Sentient Labs, I created a web application to visualize and analyze the sentiment of social media posts, using natural language processing and data visualization techniques.I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies and am a quick and self-motivated learner. I enjoy staying up to date with the latest developments in technology and experimenting with new programming languages and tools. I am also a team player and enjoy working on projects with others. I am actively seeking opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in a professional setting and to further develop my expertise in artificial intelligence and related fields.
