Over the course of my career, I have held various leadership roles, including Head of the IT Department and Controller of Examination, and am currently working as a General Manager of Planning and Development. During my career, I was part of the leadership team who was responsible for the development of a chain of colleges i.e. Leadership Colleges Network.In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic planning process of the university, as well as the department and school-level planning and performance monitoring. I work closely with department heads to develop their strategic, tactical, and operational plans, developing planning frameworks, and creating planning templates and KPIs to support their goals.
