Being involved in the security industry for the last 8 years and working on various extensive security contracts has built a drive and passion in the work that I do.My previous roles at Head Office has enabled me to see how different contracts and operations are executed, providing me the knowledge and experience needed to make decisions efficiently. Whilst working in the Resource Centre (TimeGate trained for nearly 7 years), I’ve been involved with contracts such as Abellio Greater Anglia, Transport For London, Leonardo, Peel Ports, Amey Birmingham, West Yorkshire Combined Authority, Supreme Court, London Overground Rail Operations, Wolverhampton NHS Trust, CRM Students, C2C Rail, East Midland Trains, Futaba Industrial UK, Jaguar/Land Rover, Dairy Crest, Slough Borough Council, Mersey-Rail, Tubex Limited & Yeovil District Hospital assisting with client requests or operational requirements; liaising closely with each contract manager fulfilling the site obligations and security requirements. My recent role at Tottenham Hotspur - Football Club involves scheduling/managing over 120 security officers across the campus; whilst doing this I am also providing operational support in security field on a day to day basis as the stadium holds various partnership events daily. This includes planning routes within the campus with the restriction of movement; meeting the required standards of THFC, deploying event officers in the most relevant positions, security equipment planning, equipment checks and security archway allocations.During match days, I am in charge of the security deployment plan, allocation of officers, unlocking-locking of all stadium entrance/accessible routes on a set time and response for any operational/security requirements or incidents. During the first game held at the stadium, after reacting to a radio call, I assisted a customer with receiving CPR whom was then resuscitated, later nominated by the client then receiving an award for my actions.
